Nice care and fixing the problems

Very impressed with the urgency demonstrated by Advantage Heating and Cooling to address our broken air conditioning during a heat wave. Rob Smith did an excellent job with assessing and then resolving our A/C situation and is to be commended for his approach towards his job and his will to make a house call late on a Friday evening even though he had finished his day. Just want to give a huge shout out to Advantage Heating & Cooling! Not only have they been very professional and helpful to help us maintain our old furnace but they were incredibly responsive when it needed to be replaced. The technicians are very professional, timely and intentional on the best ways to help you with your HVAC needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of options for all budgets. Yesterday, we had our furnace replaced by them and what we all thought was a simple install, turned into a very large project for them due to the originally builder poorly installing the system. They worked non stop for almost 11 hours to get us heat and we could not be happier! When the time comes for needing a service or new system please consider them!
